General Order Information
Through a simple straight-forward provision, the client fills an order form and then submits it to the administrators who choose the most appropriate writer from the numerous tutors available.
The order form is located on the top right corner of our website's main page. The same form can be accessed by clicking "Order Now" on the website's header. Once you fill out the order form, please proceed to preview the order and pay for it. At this stage, if you do not have an account with us, the system will generate one for you and send the access details to your email account.
You'll upload any additional materials for the writer, be it a draft, an outline or some readings, right at the stage of filling out your order form.
There are several formatting styles you can choose from when initially placing the order (MLA, APA, Chicago / Turabian or Not applicable), and you will be getting the paper properly formatted in accordance with the rules of this particular style. In case you do not need any heading, title page or references formatted (for example, if you are ordering a resume), you should choose the " Not applicable" option, and the paper will be presented as a plain MS Word document.

Order Completion
When you initially fill out the order form, you select the deadline by which you need the paper completed. Unless you later negotiate this information with the administrator in chat, your paper will be completed by this initial deadline. However, please note that if your deadline has changed to a shorter one, we strongly encourage you to inform the administrator in advance.
Once your paper has been completed, the administrator will post it to your client account/dashboard where you'll access it under the 'Where's my Homework?' tab. The file will be downloadable from your dashboard either in MS word, pdf, or any other requested format.
If you do not like what the writer has written, file a complaint with the administrator pointing out the erroneous areas. The concerned writer will be consulted and asked to revise the paper within a time-frame of your choosing.
Any refunds will be issued after a 24-hour period following the application of a charge-back request.
Rewriting and editing services are necessary when you already have a draft or the whole paper completed and would like our writer to improve its content. Both these services will require you to upload the initial text since you are not paying for writing from scratch. Editing is defined as changing the content of your draft, formatting the paper according to a particular formatting style, and proofreading the content. Editing may cover a possible change of content of up to 25-30%. Rewriting includes editing, revision and proofreading. It covers a more in-depth change of the content then editing does, so that up to 70% of your original draft can be rewritten.

Order cancelation is allowed when the paper has not been submitted to the client or if the submitted material doesn't meet the stipulated requirements. In the event that the file hasn't been submitted for grading yet, MyEssayGeeks will consider a cancelation if the evidence of non-submission is provided. If the cancelation points to the quality of the paper, the client will be required to provide evidence that the provided requirements haven't been met. Once sufficient proof is provided, a full refund is usually issued within 24 hours, using the intiial mode of payment.
